Who we are

ShipBlueprint ("we," "us") operates shipblueprint.com, a pre-launch checklist for vibe coders. This policy explains what information we collect when you use it, why, and what choices you have. Questions go to hello@shipblueprint.com.

What we collect

When you make a purchase, Dodo Payments (our payment processor and Merchant of Record) collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment details, and delivers the file to you directly by email. We receive your email address from Dodo Payments after purchase and may use it to send you occasional product updates.

We also collect anonymous analytics data (page views, clicks) via Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used. No personal data is tied to this.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate this site:

• Dodo Payments — payment processing and Merchant of Record. Handles checkout, VAT, and file delivery. Privacy policy →
• Vercel — site hosting and analytics. Sees traffic and performance data. Privacy policy →
• Sentry — error tracking. Captures JavaScript errors and stack traces. IP addresses are not collected (sendDefaultPii is disabled). Privacy policy →
• Cloudflare — DNS, traffic routing, and email forwarding for hello@shipblueprint.com. Sees all requests to shipblueprint.com and any email sent to our support address. Privacy policy →
• Resend — sends our email replies and any product update emails. Processes the recipient address and message content for emails we send you. Privacy policy →
• BetterStack — uptime monitoring for shipblueprint.com. Pings the site periodically; does not process visitor or customer data. Privacy policy →
• Google Fonts — fonts (Syne, Space Mono) are loaded from Google's CDN. Google may log requests. Privacy policy →

How we use your data

Dodo Payments delivers your purchase directly to your email — we don't handle that step ourselves. We use your email only to send occasional product updates. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone beyond the services listed above.

Cookies

Vercel Analytics may use cookies or local storage for analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Your rights

You can request to see, update, or delete any data we hold on you by emailing hello@shipblueprint.com. For data held by Dodo Payments, refer to their privacy policy directly.

Data retention

We keep purchase records as required for tax and legal compliance. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we'll do so where legally possible.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
